Types of Roles
Different types of roles available in the platform
There are 4 different types of roles on the events platform.
- Attendee: Is the person for whom the event is being organized for. Attendees have limited rights on the platform, specifically from a data consumption point of view.
- Speaker: Speakers are the people who are delivering the content or delivering sessions on the platform. The right this role has is to reply to questions coming in on Q&A chat. They can also be tagged to a session so that they are visible as speaker for the specific session on the agenda.
- Exhibitor: They are the admin of the exhibitor booths. They have the rights to man the booth & initiate/respond to chat request coming in on the smart chat from the attendees.If ‘Self Manage’ is enabled for the booths, the exhibitor will also be assigned as the super admin with which he/she will be able to manage the backend of the booth where the banners, admins, resources of the booth can be managed as well.
- Organizer: Is the account owner who is the organizer of the event.
